16 Jul 1831 indenture: Rolly JENKINS & Susanna his wife of Greenville, from Rolly JENKINS et al, trustees of Meth Episc Chh, for $100, lot, stake on Isaac CHANDLER's line to stake on Owen & Vincent JENKINS thence to stake near road leading to McELHANEY ford thence to oak on Isaac CHANDLER's line along his line to beginning 5 1/3 acres; they shall erect build or cause to be built etc a house or place of worship.
